Created by Sylvia Gainsford and Howard Rodway with the help of 8 ‘witches’. These cards are tooled in the tradition of Wicca, also called the Religion of the Old Path, because it refers to the pre-Christian beliefs of Occidental civilization. Created under the spiritual guidance – and partly through direct authorship – by the High Priestesses of a contemporary Wiccan coven, the work bears all marks of authenticity and inspiration through the spiritual world it stands for. Its unique feature is the melding of Wiccan belief with the symbolism of Tarot – a startling combination that opens up surprising perspectives of harmonizing the archaic with the modern in present day spirituality.
